All purchases from apolloservice.tv come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of your first purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

• Requests must be made within 30 days of the original payment
• Applies to all initial purchases; renewals are not automatically refunded
• Refunds are not issued for misuse or violation of the Terms & Conditions

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to billing@apolloservice.tv including your order number and reason for refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
