2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or any district where Apollo TV LLP may be found if you are outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original claimant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(i), Apollo TV LLP may terminate accounts of users who are repeatedly involved in infringing activities. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Submitting false or fraudulent DMCA claims is a violation of U.S. law and may result in personal liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees, under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Please ensure your notice is valid before submitting.
